Biographical details:

Born 1952, St Maixent, France. BA in Fine Art from the Slade School of Art, London, 1979. MA in Environmental Media, Royal College of Art, 1982.

Between 1977 and 1981 her initial training as a painter led to performance works at various venues and festivals. From 1981 onwards she began specialising in video and video installation works. She is currently Director of the Digital Editing Research Programme at Camberwell College of Art, London and Director of the British-Canadian culture exchanges with Ontario College of Art and Design.
